These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Contract Conclusion
By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent to you immediately after the order is placed.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the shop.

4. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver the goods to the address you provide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Each product is carefully inspected for damage before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process, which is outside of our control. For such cases, we recommend that you have private insurance, although this is left to your discretion.

5. No Right of Cancellation, Exchange, or Return
All purchases are final. Once you have completed the order, no cancellation, return, or exchange is possible. Each product is personalized and prepared individually for the buyer, ensuring a unique experience and preventing misuse of returns. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Please provide pictures 

8. Customer Responsibility for Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and other details provided during the ordering process are correct. We are not liable for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
